    About the BRRRR Subgroup

    Grant purchased his first real estate investment in 2001 while he was still in college. In 2017, him and Rebekah moved to Indy and began investing here. Their primarily focus is on purchasing rental properties using the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance Repeat) method.

    During this subgroup, Grant will discuss how he runs his BRRRR based business. He will cover each step of the BRRRR method, home inspections, insurance coverage, sample deals, mistakes he's made (that you don't need to!) and talk entities.

    This flip-a-rama will give you the opportunity to shadow multiple, experienced house flipper, all at different stages of the renovation process and receive a scope of work for each house. 

    Visit a historical home, a duplex, a high end renovation, and a total gut job.

    Neighborhood information, before pictures, expanded scopes with ARV and budget over runs included.

    Each session (at each house) lasts one hour and includes a guided tour by the investor overseeing the renovation of the house, with a time for Q&A at the end.

    This event is in-person only and a great networking opportunity. Bring business cards to share with other attendees.

    About the BRRRR Subgroup

    Grant purchased his first real estate investment in 2001 while he was still in college. In 2017, him and Rebekah moved to Indy and began investing here. Their primarily focus is on purchasing rental properties using the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance Repeat) method.
