Fix & Flip Led by Dave Short CIREIA Board Member, and local flipper | Dave Short has been in the Real Estate business over 46 years. On average, he flips 30 houses a year. In this group, Dave provides dinner and has goes over actual projects that he has in progress. Frequently covered topics include: pricing a property, strategies for selling, estimating and controlling repair costs, finding and funding deals and partnership strategies.

The primary focus will be on Performing and Non-Performing 1st lien Residential Real Estate Notes. Topics covered include: using your retirement account, analyzing deals, deal architecting, and avoiding pitfalls.
