    Grant purchased his first real estate investment in 2001 while he was still in college. In 2017, he and his wife Rebekah moved to Indy and began investing here. Their primarily focus is on purchasing rental properties using the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance Repeat) method.
