Our Education Series
| SPARK Main Meeting First Thursday Every Month If you’re looking to connect with a community of investors, real estate professionals, vendors, and just flat out amazing, goal oriented people - our main meetings are for you. We start every meeting at 5:30pm with time to network with other like minded people. Our vendors are set up all around the room and it's time to connect. At 6:30pm we start our Spark meeting. We bring experienced investors, real estate and development professionals to share more about relevant topics and strategies. These meetings are meant to SPARK a deeper interest in these topics and come back to learn more through our education series. |
If you’re looking to learn the very basics of real estate investing or need a refresher, the GROWTH series is for you. It provides everything you need to get started. During these courses you’ll learn why real estate investing is one of the most beneficial avenues to build wealth and how to get started in this business. |
If you’re looking to buy your first, second or third property the ACCELERATION series has everything you need. If you're a real estate investor who has a few properties or done a few deals and are looking to accelerate your business and further your knowledge in investing, look for this label. |
The SPECIALTY series is designed to teach experienced, and in some cases newer, investors in specific real estate investing specialties. These specific courses will help you explore and learn more around specific strategies, techniques, and tools used in real estate investing. |
The THRIVE series is for master level investors looking for ways to scale or expand into additional areas of investing. These events are high level, high strategy and high intensity. This is next level investing. |
What You Can Expect
These series are offered throughout the year, usually once or twice per month. During the series we will cover varying topics that are tailored to novice investors up to seasoned investors. As you work your way through the series, remember that these trainings are not all-encompassing and that many of our trainings feed into one another for continued learning. Each series will vary according to amount of content being presented. But each class will be anywhere from 2-6 hours long and taught by experts in the topic.
