Workshop: VACATION RENTALS 101

Spend the morning with Elizabeth Sickels, one of the most sought after speakers on Short Term Rentals and Air bnb in the nation; leader of the CIREIA Short Term Rental monthly sub-group; member of the Board of Directors for the Indiana State REIA; active in the Vacation Rental Management Association, Indy Chamber and Certified Local INDIANA ORIGINAL.

Elizabeth achieved and maintains the prestigious status of Airbnb Super-host, owns multiple active listings, manages and consults for others for their listings, and is a licensed Realtor.

You will learn what makes a property good for short term vs long term rentals; how to evaluate and price listings; how to decorate to draw more bookings; what kind of income to expect; and much more.

Registration is from 8:30-9:00 a.m.  Class runs from 9-noon with a light lunch included.

All attendees will receive a “notes pamphlet” for the class. Workbooks will be available for purchase.
