July Main Meeting - TIMES HAVE CHANGED

JULY MONTHLY MAIN MEETING:   

Real estate investors love to brag about how much they shaved off the asking price when they bought a property - at least they used to brag about that, until times changed.

As any savvy investor can tell you, the winds of investing are changing and they're blowing directly toward seller financing - especially when you're the buyer.

Getting the seller to finance the property you're buying allows you to make money in ways you didn't know were possible.

Andrew Werner, national speaker will be here in July to teach us how to buy on terms and get a huge edge over your competition.

Here are some shocking statistics:  19% of seller-financed notes last year were carried at 0% interest.  Plus 43% were carried at 5% or less.  It shows that sellers can be amazingly receptive to the terms you offer as long as you give them what they want the most.
