RE 101 Classes are back by popular demand!!  

Come to one, some or all classes.  Take home a workbook and handouts at each one.  Open to the public.

Apri 11 - Wholesaling 101.  CLASS STILL AVAILABLE ON LINE.  TO ORDER, go to April 11th on the calendar and click on the class.  You will be emailed a log to the class plus the ebook.

Brian and the Simple Wholesaling team will teach the basics of wholesaling.  How to get leads.  How to talk to sellers.  How to get the deal closed. 

Instead of a 3 hour webinar, Brian will prepare 3 hours worth of content broken up into shorter videos. This will allow him to teach content by topics and to bring in team members to speak to their areas of expertise. 

In exchange for the interaction piece of the originally scheduled 101 class, Brian will make himself available in a few different time slots for people to jump on Zoom with me for some Q and A.  

Included in this 101 class would be 12 sections with 10-15 minute videos for each.

Darren Finney, local rehabber will teach the basics of rehabbing for flipping.  How to pick location, finishes, talk to lenders.  Do you want to JV?  Checklists and step by steps included.

April 25 - Buy and Hold 101. CLASS STILL AVAILABLE ON LINE.  TO ORDER, go to April 25th on the calendar and click on the class.  You will be emailed a log to the class plus the ebook.

 Sterling Davis will teach share tips and tricks to holding properties.  He'll discuss the pros and cons of self managing or hiring a property management team.  How to buy and house hack for minimal cost and more...
