OPEN to Members Only.  Subgroups are smaller group meetings where volunteers teach and coach on various topics.

For real estate investors BRRRRRRRRRRRR doesn't mean it's cold.   

BRRRR stands for Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, and Repeat.
