Meeting Topic: Case Studies with Local Experts - Fix & Flip, Notes, Wholesaling

At this meeting we will be hearing about more in depth investing strategies from 3 local experts. They will talk about specific deals/properties that they have in their portfolios and take us through their process from start to finish - the numbers, why they chose them, the rehab process and the end result. The Featured Panelists are:

We will also have Sarah Holtrup from Profitable Insight joining us with an update on the REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL designation granted by the IRS.
