About the Class & Speaker

This workshop is led by Janet Hocker, of Hocker & Associates LLC. A local Indianapolis law and title company that serves real estate investors.


In this class, Janet Hocker will be discussing the most common investor contracts, and providing checklists and instructions to ensure that you are utilizing them to protect yourself during these common real estate transactions. She will be covering:

  • Purchase Agreements
  • Wholesale and Assignments
  • Subject to transactions
  • Seller Financing
