Affordable Housing w Stacey Hill 

Slow burn that maximizes profits by minimizing losses of – trying to time the market, utilizing the tax laws that are written to inspire people to provide housing – these are not loopholes – they are in place to incentivize us to take the risk and put clean, safe and affordable housing together.

In this subgroup, Stacey Hill will share the management skills needed, the mistakes he has made in owning single family residences, small multifamily and during his turn around of a mobile home park.  "Affordable Housing" is his forte and he is happy to share his experience (good and bad) with members through the journey.

We will also discuss the investing strategy (pros and cons) of buy and hold in Real Estate.  Why we use it, the many different ways you are paid with this strategy (some are not well known or rarely used) and compare this strategy to other asset classes and types of investing.
