Led by Debbie Guy, local investor specializing in PASSIVE INVESTING; is also a lender and passive investing coach.  Debbie sits on the board of directors for a national REIT and is active with CIREIA and INstateREIA.

Debbie will be describing crowdfunding, real estate investment trusts (REITS) & note funds - tools ALL investors should know about.

What is passive investing? This is the strategy to use in real estate investing without any hands on involvement - without dealing with tenants or contractors or foreclosures, and often with lower start up costs.

Debbie will also do some financial analysis to compare truly passive options with less passive options to help people see if the benefits/drawbacks of each type of investment match their risk tolerance, need (or lack thereof) for direct control, and income requirements.
