In this workshop, we cover investing strategies such as lease/options, subject to's, flipping, holding, wholesaling, and birddogging, as well as concrete ideas on how to build cash to launch your investing business.

2021 will bring new obstacles for investors and this class will help you form a path through those obstacles.
