The Wholesaling Made Simple Meetup    

This is a chance for new wholesalers to learn the steps, processes, and systems to be able to wholesale real estate on their own. Hosted by the "Simple Wholesaler" Ronnie Reese and the "Happy Wholesaler" Elise Knaack, as they help you understand how to get started in the business. Their goal is to focus on one area of wholesaling each month to bring you the highest value content they can, while also sharing some of the mistakes they've seen along the way. 

This is a chance for you to network with other wholesalers getting started, and for you to ask some questions for wholesalers that have built this into a business. 

Topics that will be covered range from lead generation, building your buyers list, talking to motivated sellers to understanding contracts.
