About the Flip-a-Rama:

This flip-a-rama will give you the opportunity to shadow multiple, experienced house flipper, all at different stages of the renovation process and receive a scope of work for each house. 

Visit a historical home, a duplex, a high end renovation, and a total gut job.

Neighborhood information, before pictures, expanded scopes with ARV and budget over runs included.

Each session (at each house) lasts one hour and includes a guided tour by the investor overseeing the renovation of the house, with a time for Q&A at the end.

This event is in-person only and a great networking opportunity. Bring business cards to share with other attendees.  

Hear from the investors...why did they make the decisions they did for these projects? Why they chose the location? Why they incorporated certain design elements. Historical society renovation challenges. And much much more. 

Properties you'll tour

• North Park Avenue.  Highly desired street near the fairgrounds.  3 levels plus basement.  ARV low $400,000's with brand new master ensuite.  Hosted by Dave Short, Avalon Property Management.
• North Beville Avenue.  Near historic Woodruff Place in top emerging neighborhood.  ARV $350,000 down to the studs rehab.  Hosted by Stacy Patlan and Courtney Wheeler, Indy Properties R Us .
• Irvington Historical District.  Return to Good Avenue to see progress on previously visited AirBnB property.  Hosted by Elizabeth Sickels, Elizabeth Maora.
• Windsor Park Duplex.  3400 sq ft, 3 story, $280,000 rehab.  Hosted by Patrick Grayson, Stolco Designs.

About the Tours:

Each tour visits the same 4 houses, just in a different order.  Since this event is in person, each tour is limited to 10 people to ensure that social distancing at each property can be followed.

Once you sign up for a tour, you cannot switch because that will exceed the maximum amount of people allowed in one house at any given time.  

Between each tour, attendees can stop for restroom breaks, coffee etc. OR they can go on to the next location and network with other attendees.  

Food and travel to each property is NOT provided. All participants travel at their own expense and liability.  All participants understand that investors are sharing their opinions only and are not giving financial or legal advice.  All participants understand that you are entering properties at your own risk and that all investors, hosts, CIREIA, RER INC and other investors will not be held responsible for injuries occurred during these tours.

$99 CIREIA Members.

$198 Non-members.
