BRRRR Strategy Subgroup

Grant Anderson purchased his first real estate investment in 2001 while he was still in college. In 2017, he and his wife Rebekah moved to Indy and began investing here. Their primarily focus is on purchasing rental properties using the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) method.

During this subgroup, Grant will discuss how he runs his BRRRR based business. He will cover each step of the BRRRR method, home inspections, insurance coverage, sample deals, mistakes he's made (that you don't need to!) and talk entities.
