This Flip-A-Rama will give you the opportunity to shadow four, experienced house flippers at different stages of the renovation process. 

Four properties - four investors - four sets of parameters and scopes will be shared with attendees.

STOLCO DESIGNS presents 100 year old duplex on the NE side of downtown, renovated down-to-the-studs.  Currently about halfway through the rehab.  ARV:  $625,000  ((plan for no heat at this location))

INDY PROPERTIES R US presents a fully renovated single family home near downtown Indy. ARV/Sales Price:  $379,900

AVALON PROPERTIES presents a single family home in Southport that is near the final phase of renovation.  ARV:  $220,000

AVALON PROPERTIES presents a single family home on the NW Side of Indy that is mid-process.  ARV:  299,900

What you'll get out of the Flip-A-Rama:

Each session (at each house) lasts one hour and includes time for Q&A with the investor overseeing the renovation of the house.
