Who is Stolco Designs?   The Stolco team renovated 48 projects last year and will share with you many of what they're learned along the way. You'll have access to all three of Stolco's management team during this event and they'll be happy to answer any questions.

Patrick:  As a third generation real estate investor and contractor, Patrick has seen a lot of good, bad, and ugly rehab projects. Having grown up working on his parent's rentals, he then spent 10 years working for a Fortune 100 General Contractor, then jumped into flipping houses and buying rentals. After spending a few years working with contractors who cut corners, ran off with money, lied, cheated and stole, he started Stolco Designs. Stolco is a full-service investmentor-friendly General Contractor serving the greater Indianapolis area and would love to quote your next rehab project!

Steven:  Steven has been working in the construction industry for over 15 years, with experience ranging from light remodels to electrical work to full-scale gut remodels. In 2020, Steven joined Stolco as an electrician and is now the company's Pre-construction Manager. You're likely to see Steven on site for the initial pre-bid walk  through, and will probably hear from him as he writes rehab scopes. Steven is on the hunt for his first investment property, so you may see him checking out wholesale deals as well!
