Justin Goodin, Next Level Equity, owns multi-family properties around the USA with his most recent purchase in Dallas, TX.  Justin will share tips on why MULTI-FAMILY is sometimes easier to enter than single-family investing; and how he has been so successful.

Brandon Wells, CPM, owner of Wellsway and Host of WellsWay Podcast is a successful MULTI-FAMILY Investment Firm serving all of Central Indiana.  Brandon will share some of the differences and nuances between Single- Family and Multi-Family investing; plus tips on how to get financed.

Followed by Q&A with the attendees then more networking after the meeting.
