By popular demand, CIREIA is bringing the 101 Series back.  These classes are zoom only and are geared to the new investor.   Classes are taught by experts in each field and INCLUDE A WORKBOOK to use during the class.

Schedule:

February 19^th – Buy & Hold with Sterling Davis, owner of Ethosity Property Management, landlord, coach.  Sterling manages and owns over 500 doors with 10+ years of experience in the Indianapolis market.  He will be talking about how he bought his first 6 homes while being broke; and how to leverage real estate assets to find financial freedom. 

There will be ample Q&A time during the 3 hour class.

Each workshop is from 9:00am – 12:00pm on zoom. The zoom link will be included in your registration confirmation email.  The workbook will be emailed to you the day before.
