Darren will dive into everything from ROI (return on investment), ARV (After Repair Value) to CMA (comparative market analysis). Darren will also go through running numbers and sharing actual deals to analyze.

Darren Finney is the owner and operator of 317 Home Buyers.  He is currently a fix and flip investor, short term rental investor and an aspiring commercial multi-family investor.  Following his retirement from the United States Marine Corps in 2016, he returned to the Indy area and began his career in real estate.  Darren focuses on single family homes for his primary investing strategies in the Hamilton, Hancock and some parts of Marion county areas as well as vacation rental markets in other states.
