WIRE (Women In Real Estate) Meet Up - Growth Series

Join us for August's Women in Real Estate (WIRE) meet up. This month our topic of conversation is: "Breaking Down YOUR Deals"

As you prepare for the meet up to analyze deals in real time, here are a few things to keep in mind that could help you get the most out of our time together:

• Consider bringing at least one deal that you have already closed and one that you are currently analyzing. This will give you a range of experiences to discuss with others and help you learn from their perspectives as well.
• Be prepared to share your process for analyzing deals. This could include the criteria you use to evaluate opportunities, the tools you rely on to conduct research, and any other factors that you consider when making investment decisions.

Keep an open mind and be willing to learn from others. The meet up is a great opportunity to network with fellow women investors and gain insights from their experiences. Don't be afraid to ask questions or offer your own perspectives on the deals that are being analyzed. Remember that everyone's investment strategy is different, and that's okay. The goal of the meet up is not to find a one-size-fits-all approach to analyzing deals, but rather to learn from each other and gain new insights that can help us all become better investors.
