Please join us for 2-Day Fix & Flip Bootcamp with Dave Short as part of our CIREIA Club Acceleration Series!

Dave Short has been in the real estate game for over 50 years, is a broker at Century 21 Scheetz, a CIREIA Club Advisor, an active flipper, and  loves helping others get started down this path.  Last year alone Dave completed over 20 flip projects!

In this class, you'll learn the basics and some advanced skills to succeed in flipping properties, including:

* How to source solid flip deals

* How to create a scope of work to manage your flip project

* How to determine after repair value and comparative property            types

* How to find financing for your deals and work with lenders

* How to hire and work with contractors

* How to choose appropriate materials and designs for your project

* How to sell your flip

As a bonus, Dave will also share some of his own flip projects and demonstrate how systems and tools help him to run his flipping projects smoothly. There may even be an on-site tour of an ongoing project (weather permitting).

Dave has been a mentor and hopes to continue pouring into the CIREIA Club community of flipping students by creating future opportunities with students in this session. His goal is to help students who want to get started on their first flip and continue to be a resource throughout the process!

This class limited to first 20 people who register and seating will be limited to ensure a strong cohort of interested students come out of this session ready to team up and make flipping a success in 2024!

Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
