We welcome you to join us for a rousing evening of chasing down potentially confusing terms and to better understand contracts and how to use them effectively to close more deals!

There are multiple ways that investors can help expedite the title closing process and Janet will take a deep dive on how you can ensure your contract clarity is more clear than before. 

Janet Hocker, managing attorney for Hocker Title and Hocker Law,  one of the largest and most investor friendly title agencies in Indy, will be teaching us how to better understand the title process to benefit our investments.
